The Accord form reflects the insurance coverage carried by Roof Services Company. If you require a certificate of insurance it will reflect these limits. The certificate holder will be made out to one entity who is requesting the certificate. If you require limits other than those listed, there will be additional charges for increased coverage. If additional insured are required, there is a charge of $100.00 per additional insured.
